硬肉桃果实成熟前后钙含量和钙ATP酶活性的变化及其与果实硬度的关系

摘　要：

以硬肉桃新品种 ‘ 双久红 ’ 果实为试材, 以常规优良品种‘ 川中岛白桃’ 为对照, 分别研究了成熟前20 d 和成熟后20 d 内两品种果实中钙含量和Ca2+-ATP 酶活性变化以及它们与果肉硬度关系的结果表明: ‘ 双久红’ 果实的总钙和Ca2+ 含量从 成熟前15 d开始极显著高于同期‘ 川中岛白桃’ 的, 两者与果实硬度变化呈极显著相关(P<0.01), 随着果实的成熟两者均呈 下降趋势, Ca2+-ATP 酶的调控能力也逐渐减弱, 但 ‘ 双久红 ’ 果实中的 Ca2+-ATP 酶活性比 ‘ 川中岛白桃 ’ 高一些。

Changes of Calcium Contents and Ga²⁺-ATPase Activity and Their Relation to Fruit Hardness of Peach Fruit before and after Ripening

Abstract:

The fruits of peach (Prunus persica L.) ‘Shuangjiuhong’ and ‘Kawanakajima Hakuto’ (control) were used to study the changes of the calcium contents and Ca²⁺-ATPase activity and their relation to fruit hardness during the period from 20 days before ripening to 20 days after ripening. The results showed that it was extremely marked correlation between total calcium content (including soluble calcium content) and the fruit hardness of two cultivars (P<0.01). The contents of total calcium (including soluble calcium) had a downward trend with the fruit ripening in two cultivars and ‘Shuangjiuhong’ had been significantly higher than ‘Kawanakajima Hakuto’ since 15 d before ripening. The capacity of regulation and control of Ca²⁺-ATPase had gradually weakened, but the Ca²⁺-ATPase of ‘Shuangjiuhong’ showed a higher activity than ‘Kawanakajima Hakuto’.
